Having been a Northeast Texas rancher all his life, Justin has a passion for land management, especially growing grass. In 2022, Justin merged his experience in the oil industry with his passion for land management to restore pipeline rights-of-way.
He got licensed to seed ROWs in Louisiana, the only state in the immediate area that requires licensure, and launched Ironwood Services. Since 2022, Ironwood Services has reclaimed more miles of pipeline ROW than Justin can count. He prides himself on providing efficient and effective reclamation services that restore the environment and enhance relationships between oil companies and communities that have been disrupted by pipeline construction.

Justin Andrews is J Bar A. Having run a successful cattle ranch—one that utilizes rotational grazing to optimize land use and increase profit margins—Justin recognized that other Northeast Texas ranchers could benefit from his expertise.
He became licensed as a commercial applicator in the state of Texas and established J Bar A Land Management in 2020. Motivated by his desire to help fellow ranchers succeed, Justin provides comprehensive farm and ranch management services from planning to planting and everything in between.
